“The Work”

This Workshop will help guide will help guide your teams through an introduction to CliftonStrengths, then help them purposefully use their individual and collective talents and strengths to get work done. These sessions include strengths-based concepts, tools and practical tips that will prepare your team exponential growth and success using CliftonStrengths.

It is organized in four sessions:

  • Start With Talent; Finish With Strength (introducing CliftonStrengths and principles of strengths-based development)

  • The Power of Strengths-Based Partnerships (helping team members form complementary partnerships)

  • The DNA of the Team (helping the team know and appreciate the team’s collective talents)

  • The Best of Us (helping team members begin to harness their individual and collective talents)

“The Result”

Your teams strategy should always start with the end in mind: a clear performance objective. My goal is to help teams aim their individual and collective talents squarely at the most important goals and desired outcomes. The results of these sessions are powerful and take time and investment from the individual and team.

  • one digital CliftonStrengths 34 Report, Strengths Insight Guide, & Your Signature Theme Report

  • one hour personal conversation (in person, virtually, or over the phone) to unpack your “Top 5” Strengths

  • 4 “one hour” sessions (in person or virtually) which can be done as a half day workshop or four individual sessions.
